Mind-Body Movement

Repattern. Reclaim. Move with awareness.

Mind-Body Integrative Movement is a guided, exploratory practice that bridges bodywork with real-life embodiment. It supports you in reconnecting with how you move — and how you feel while moving.

Rather than pushing into performance, this work invites presence. Through simple, intentional movement patterns, we explore posture, breath, gait, and the nervous system’s role in organizing how you stand, sit, walk, and inhabit space.

It’s especially helpful after structural work like Rolfing® or massage, during times of recovery or stress, or whenever you want to reorient to your body with curiosity and care.

Sessions may include guided breathwork, floor-based somatic sequences, functional movement cues, and self-awareness tools that support:
    •    Ease in daily movement
    •    More efficient alignment
    •    Integration of bodywork gains
    •    A deeper relationship with your body from the inside out

- This is not a just a workout — it’s a remembering. -
